In 2010, Dill and Nicholas fell in love with Portland, and with each other.
We fell hard for Portland, and we’ve been exploring it together ever since.
Our skills fit together like puzzle pieces. Dill brings the marketing, the negotiating, and the connection. Nicholas brings the problem-solving, the tech, and the positive attitude. You get both. And behind us, a team of agents and coordinators who treat your move like their own.
Together, we created a unique process called the Inspired Housing Conversation, which brings life coaching into buying and selling a home. Pair that with 700+ homes sold and Dill’s Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation, which few agents hold.
