How I help
Whatever your next move is
I work all over Portland Metro and Vancouver, Washington, and most of my clients are making one of these moves.
Selling your home
You get a walkthrough and a specific prep plan, not a generic checklist, plus my own vendors for staging, cleaning, and repairs. Then professional photos, video, a 360 tour, and floor plans, a launch on every channel, and MCNE-level negotiation, all built to bring in multiple offers.
Selling and buying at the same time
Moving up is the trickiest move in real estate. We map out how your equity and your next purchase fit together, and how to handle the timing between them, before you commit to anything.
Moving to Portland or Vancouver
New to the area? Before we look at a single listing, I’ll help you get a feel for each neighborhood’s real character, so you know where you actually want to live.
Moving away
Already gone, or leaving soon? I can sell your home while you settle in somewhere new, including looking after the house while it’s vacant.
My story
Born digital, raised on deals
At seventeen my dad told me, “Get off the computer and go study something. No one will ever pay you to work on a computer!” He spent decades laughing at himself for that one.
I didn’t quit. I studied Advertising for New Media at the International Academy of Design in Tampa and graduated in 2002. Before I even had the diploma, I had a small design business and a big real estate investor client. Learning his business to market it, I got hooked, and bought my first investment property in my twenties.
I could always see the possibility
That first property was a mess. I had no idea what I was doing, but I was determined to turn it into somewhere a nice family would love to live. A mentor told me, “Fail fast and fail often.” No problem. One rehab became a dozen properties, and it was all going great until the crash. In parts of Florida, home prices collapsed.
I didn’t give up. Working from boom to bust to boom taught me how to protect buyers, sellers, and investors in any kind of market, and I still use those lessons every week.
A born negotiator
I was negotiating for a later bedtime before I could spell it, and my parents sent me into South Florida flea markets to “work a deal” on comic books and kitchen gadgets. I still love going in and getting something more when it’s for someone else. Today that’s backed by the Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation, and my clients’ bottom line is always my top priority.
Then Portland happened
In 2010 I hit restart. I moved to Portland, got my Principal Broker license, and fell for this city (and for Nicholas). We’ve built an incredible life in this weird, wonderful city, and I’m honored to be a welcoming face for people arriving here and looking for home.
Clients like family
We keep our clients close
Our clients don’t disappear after closing day. We host lots of events throughout the year to stay connected and celebrate together.

In their words
“The home sold the 1st week in a market that had just raised interest rates to over 7.5%… Dill and her Team came in and cleaned up our old home… completed previously unfinished remodeling projects, and staged the home to perfection. The home looked so good, we didn’t recognize it.”
Leif H. · Seller · Google review
“She was an excellent negotiator, kept us well informed and answered all our questions like a pro… we ended up with a property that was beyond what we thought was possible, and at a price that was better than we thought possible.”
Joe S. · Buyer · Google review
“I was nervous about selling my home in an uncertain environment, but with Dill’s market insight and strategic instinct I was able to negotiate with confidence, make clear decisions, and get a great result… she guided me with gentle education, nuggets of wisdom, and sparkling humor.”
