About Rachel & Rose
Rachel & Rose is a London double-decker bus turned neighborhood pub, parked at the Cart Blocks food cart pod in downtown Portland. Order a local beer, wine, or cocktail, then climb up to the rooftop patio. There are nine food carts right there, and you can bring your food in with you.
The owner bought the bus from a touring company in Salt Lake City, had it shipped from London, and spent about 18 months turning it into a pub. The name is a tribute to his two grandmothers.
