This policy explains what information Dill Ward Group collects through dillwardgroup.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Dill Ward Group LLC is a real estate team brokered by eXp Realty, LLC. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it means Dill Ward Group.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a home value, book a call, register for an event, or sign up for emails, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about your move.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to record things like the pages you visit, how you found us, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and provide real estate services.
- To send you what you asked for, like a home value range, a guide, or event details.
- To send market updates and news. You can unsubscribe any time.
- To understand how people use our site so we can improve it.
- To show you relevant ads on other websites and social media.
- To keep records our brokerage and the law require.
Tools and service providers we use
These companies help us run the site and our business. They may collect or process information under their own privacy policies.
- Google Analytics, to measure site traffic.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Adwerx, to measure and show our ads.
- ActiveCampaign, for our email list and to see which pages email subscribers visit.
- Gravity Forms and Google reCAPTCHA, to run our forms and block spam.
- Calendly, to schedule calls.
- IDX Broker and RealScout, for home search. If you create an account on a home search, their privacy policies also apply.
- YouTube and Captivate, to play our videos and podcast.
- GoDaddy, to host the website.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the service providers listed above, so they can do their job for us.
- With eXp Realty, our brokerage, as required for real estate records.
- With people you ask us to connect you with, like a lender, inspector, or the other side of your transaction.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry or transaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out tool.
- You can control ads from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and opt out of many ad networks at optout.aboutads.info.
- Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Your information, your call
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also contact us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. We may keep some records when our brokerage or the law requires it.
How we protect your information
Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and our forms and service providers use industry-standard security. No website or system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and only collect what we need.
Children
Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, like home search pages, Oregon REALTORS® forms, and local government resources. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
