POSITION:
Real Estate Listing Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:
We’re a small team working under a boutique brokerage looking to add a work-from-home team member to work as a Listing Coordinator assisting us in the dozens of steps necessary after we’ve secured a listing agreement.
We’re looking for someone who can take a check-list and run with it. Someone who loves operations, systems, and routine. Someone good on the phone, in written communication, and persistent attitude in following up on contractors and vendors.
The person in this role will need good analytical & follow-up skills, providing comparable data, and other number driven marketing statistics in weekly reports.
Ideal candidate has already been working in Real Estate, loves the business, but prefers to shine behind the scenes using their skills working in a support role rather then the lead. Must already have a general working knowledge of houses, love data, marketing, metrics & computers! Bonus if you are the kind of person who is always looking at real estate listings online!

OBJECTIVES OF THIS POSITION:
• assist lead agent in project management required in listing and selling homes
• contacting many vendors, scheduling appointments, soliciting information, bids, & reports.
DAILY WORK ACTIVITIES:
• entering data
• preparing marketing flyers from templates
• uploading pics & copy to various locations
• running reports
• analyzing comparable data
• calling to schedule appointments
• some driving – delivering materials, lockboxes to properties
• meeting vendors, contractors as needed

• general working knowledge of houses and eager to learn more
• responsible driver
• familiar with Portland or darn good with a GPS
• has professional & clean appearance
• willing to learn and continue to refine specific systems & processes
• technology savvy / enthusiast
• comfortable on the phone

• enjoys being resourceful
• clean driving record, has a car + auto insurance
• live somewhere central to Portland Metro
